RackFlat.com Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase with RackFlat.com.  If for some reason you are not happy, please contact us at rackflat@yahoo.com or call us at 1-800-831-2234.  Within 30 days of the invoice date, you may return, for money back or exchange, any new, unopened product (minus shipping expenses). Anything beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted for return.

Certain items are factory service or exchange only and cannot be returned to RackFlat.com per the manufacturer. Please consult the product packaging or a RackFlat.com customer service representative for further information.

We will issue a full refund or exchange for items that meet the above conditions.  Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of an error by RackFlat.com, if there is physical damage to the product itself, or if a manufacturing defect is discovered during our regular return policy.  Restocking fees can be assessed, or returns can be denied on products that have been opened and/or show any signs of use.

All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please apply for an RMA# by calling 1-800-831-2234 or contacting us through rackflat@yahoo.com.  Please have your order number ready when calling and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Any product returned without an RMA, with missing or damaged original contents, or false claims of damage or working condition will not be accepted for return.

Refusing A Package
If you should place an order with RackFlat.com and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the merchandise in the box, please know that you will be refunded for the amount of your original transaction less any shipping charges RackFlat.com incurred in getting the package to you originally as well as the cost of the return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee.  Again, please contact us to get an RMA# if you should choose to return a product.
